ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED??

Once "In Christ" . . . In Christ FOREVER!

Some people believe that true believers can fall from faith, into such terrible sins that will void justification. And, they believe this happens often.

In Christ Once, In Christ Forever

Scriptures from the Bible Confirming this!

Numbers 21:6-8 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died. 7 Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people. 8 And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. (KJV) . . . We ALL have been bitten by sin! Only when we look up in faith to the One on the cross can we live! John 3:14-15 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (KJV)

Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. (KJV) . . . I do not think that the angels rejoice unless a person is sincere in their repentance. I think that they have that knowledge.

Luke 21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish. (KJV) . . . Jesus promises NO harm spiritually or eternally to God's TRUE children.

Luke 22:62 And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. (KJV) . . . WHY? did Peter weep? Because he LIED about something very important. Peter denied his Master, and when he remembered what Jesus had said (Lu. 22:61), he was cut to the heart.

John 1:11-12 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (KJV) . . . Tremendous Passage in my eyes. IF we do NOT come to Him (Israel and US), He cannot make us God's children . . . BUT when we "receive Him" Jesus has the power to place us into the family of God! Once we are there . . . we are there for ever! God will NOT tell us tomorrow (if we sin) that we are no longer part of His family. God is NOT the author of confusion! (1 Cor. 14:33)

John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (KJV) . . . Eternal Life is mentioned 70 times in the New Testament. ETERNAL = everlasting, never ending, for ever, non-stop, etc. When God grants us eternal life, we have it FOR EVER! He does NOT take it away!

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (KJV) . . . EVERLASTING life!

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV) . . . EVERLASTING life!

John 4:13-14 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. (KJV) . . . EVERLASTING life!

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (KJV) . . . EVERLASTING life! This is a marvelous verse because of that word "hath". Hath = HAS! We HAVE eternal life NOW!

John 6:27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. (KJV) . . . EVERLASTING life!

John 6:28-29 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. (KJV) . . . NO works! Just BELIEVE!

John 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. (KJV) . . . The life Jesus gives is ETERNAL!

John 6:39-40 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. (KJV) . . . In Christ once, there for ever! Jesus will lose NOTHING! NO ONE!

John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. (KJV) . . . EVERLASTING life!

John 10:4-5 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. (KJV) . . . A TRUE Christian (God's sheep) WANT to follow our Shepherd!

John 10:27-29 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. (KJV) . . . Jesus gives us ETERNAL life!

John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (KJV) . . . Right now, Jesus is gone, preparing our place! But, He makes a Promise here that is unbeatable! He will come again . . . soon it seems by worldly conditions; He will receive us unto Himself . . . speaking of the Rapture (1 Thes. 4:13-18); that where He is (in Heaven), we may be also! I don't know about you, but I'm ready to go!

John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; (KJV) . . . Fulfilled the Day of Pentecost. If a person does not have the Holy Spirit abiding within, they are NOT God's children! (Rom.8:9). Once a person HAS the Holy Spirit . . . He NEVER leaves you! NEVER!!! He is with God's TRUE children for ever! 2 John 1:2 For the truth's sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever. (KJV) . . . God does NOT lie (Tit.1:2).

John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. (KJV) . . . Someone who has not "received" Christ in sincerity CANNOT receive the Holy Spirit (Spirit of Truth). Only when someone's heart is right with God can they ever be sealed by the Holy Spirit (2 Co.1:22; Ep.1:13; 4:30).

John 14:19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. (KJV) . . . A Promise of eternal life from Jesus!

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (KJV) . . . Jesus promises peace. HOW can anyone have peace if they think they can lose their salvation?

John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. (KJV) . . . Jesus tells us EXACTLY what eternal life is . . . knowing the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom God has sent!

Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. (KJV) . . . Directions on HOW to be saved; how to have eternal life!

Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: (KJV) . . . Justified = declared NOT guilty in the courts of Heaven!

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: (KJV) . . . When we are justified by faith . . . we have peace with God. Justified not only from past sins, but of today's sins AND future sins!

Romans 5:6-11 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. (KJV) . . . Christ died for the ungodly, for sinners . . . for me, for you!

Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. (KJV) . . . We are reconciled, we are saved by the death of Jesus!

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (KJV) . . . Sin no longer has control over us. We are new creatures. We no longer want to sin.

Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. (KJV) . . . TRUE Christians have the Holy Spirit abiding within them!

Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. (KJV) . . . We will be resurrected with glorified bodies like the Body Christ now has in Heaven (1 Cor.15:25-28). We have the down payment of the Holy Spirit as a guarantee of our resurrection life (2 Cor.1:22; 5:5, Ep.1:14).

Romans 8:31-39 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (KJV) . . . NO one can separate us from the love of God which is Christ Jesus our Lord!

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (KJV) . . . How can we have eternal life? This verse clearly tells us!

Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. (KJV) . . . Salvation, eternal life in Heaven is attained by grace, NEVER work!

Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. (KJV) . . . God NEVER changes! When God gives the Gift of eternal life to someone, He does NOT take it back!

1 Corinthians 1:8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. (KJV) . . . Trust and belief in Christ Jesus is a tremendous asset! He confirms our reservation in Heaven and we shall be blameless at the judgment. Heaven is certain . . . but depending on your life after your commitment to Christ, you could either gain rewards OR lose them.

1 Corinthians 3:11-15 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (KJV) . . . NO one can rightfully lay any other foundation, can preach any other doctrine of salvation, than that which is the doctrine of salvation by Jesus Christ. All those who rest on the TRUE foundation CHRIST, hold fast to the ONLY Truth as it is in Jesus, and teach nothing else. Anyone building on a faulty foundation will NOT be able to stand the test when the day of trail comes . . . and it SHALL come! Judgment Day coming for God's TRUE children will reveal our actions in the true light! Those who spread the true and pure Gospel, and whose work will abide in the great day, shall receive a reward. Those who do little to advance the Kingdom of God shall lose rewards that they could have had. Their works (after salvation) shall be made known, disowned, and rejected, in that day. This will be clearly revealed in a symbolic fire, not of a real one that is to try every man's works, those of all Christians. Let us consider the motives of what we do, compare them with God's Word, and judge ourselves, that we be not judged of the Lord. (1 Cor.11:31)

1 Corinthians 11:31-32 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
(KJV) . . . TRUE believers are chastened of the Lord, but we are NOT condemned (damned to Hell) by the Lord!

1 Corinthians 15:51-52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (KJV) . . . ALL those TRUE believers who have died, shall one day be raised from the grave and be re-united with their spirit/soul. I look to this day, for we shall be granted glorified bodies like that of Christ, bodies that shall never sin again. See Rom.8:23 above.

2 Corinthians 1:22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. (KJV) . . . The Holy Spirit places the seal of God upon us, making us God's children (1 Jn. 3:1).

2 Corinthians 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. (KJV) . . . Are you ready to be present with the Lord?

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. (KJV) . . . What a Saviour we have! When we believe in Jesus, God the Father applies the righteousness of Christ to us . . . eternally! (1 Cor.1:30).

Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. (KJV) . . . Children of God by FAITH, not works!

Galatians 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. (KJV) . . . At the moment we truly believe, God gives us His Spirit to abide with us.

Ephesians 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. (KJV) . . . The amazing grace of God make us accepted in His sight when we accept Jesus.

Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, (KJV) . . . When we hear (or read) the Gospel of Christ (our salvation), and sincerely believe it, we are sealed with the Holy Spirit of Promise, meaning we are SAVED eternally!

Ephesians 1:14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. (KJV) . . . It is just a down payment on the eternal life to come.

Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (KJV) . . . We are saved by our faith and God's grace . . . NEVER works. Do NOT insult God by trying to work your way to Heaven. It simply CANNOT be done!

Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (KJV) . . . This is an utterly awesome verse! Does God make mistakes?? NO Way my friend! IF He, the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, seals a person unto the day of redemption, they are sealed for ever! SEALED = set apart for God, marked for God, secured for day of redemption! See: Ep.1:14; 2 Cor.1:22 above. TRUE believers are marked with the seal of Almighty God. They SHALL be delivered to Him on the day of redemption! Unto the day of redemption; is the full and final salvation at the resurrection (Lu.21:28; Ro.8:23).

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: (KJV) . . . God CANNOT lie! (Tit.1:2). When He starts salvation in a person, He is well able to complete it and shall perform it in the day of Jesus Christ! BELIEVE it! (2 Tim.1:12 below)

Philippians 3:20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: (KJV) . . . Conversation is citizenship. TRUE believers are NOT citizens of this world. We shall be citizens of Heaven in eternity. But . . . we CANNOT go in these corrupt bodies (Rev.21:27).

Philippians 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. (KJV) . . . The bodies of TRUE believers shall be raised up at the great day in the same likeness, immortality, and glory, of the glorified humanity of Jesus the Christ. We shall be thoroughly changed, so there will be NO immortality whatsoever existing. Our spiritual resurrection (born again) is the pledge of our bodily resurrection to glory that is to come (Phil.3:20; Rom.8:11). Christ's glorified body was actually identical to His body of humiliation . . . so too it shall be with our resurrection bodies as believers. Our new spiritual bodies shall be like His, actually identical to our present bodies, BUT . . . they shall be "spiritual bodies" that NEVER sin again ever! (1 Cor.15:42-44). Our "hope" is steadfast in Christ, that by His rising from the dead, He is the Pattern of our resurrection.

Colossians 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (KJV) . . . Then shall ye also appear with him in glory (1 Thes.4:16-17). TRUE Christians shall be raised from the dead at the Rapture, and ascend with our Redeemer into Heaven. "Who is our life" (Jn.11:25; 14:6) He truly IS our LIFE! Then shall ye be exceeding glad (1 Pet.4:13). The spiritual life our souls now have because of Jesus shall be extended to our bodies one day (Rom.8:11).

1 Thessalonians 2:19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? (KJV) . . .Our hope is salvation and citizenship in Heaven is one of the grounds of our hope of future blessedness. Or joy. The source of joy here, and in Heaven. Or crown of rejoicing. Glorying; that is, boasting, or exulting. We rejoice in our conversion, as the victor does in the race which he had won. (1 Cor.9:24-27). In the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming. When the Lord Jesus appears at the end of the world, it will be our highest source of happiness and honor. Our salvation is proof of Jesus' faithfulness to us.

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (KJV) . . . This speaks of the Rapture. When Jesus appears in the clouds, He shall remove all TRUE believers to be with Him (John 14:1-3).

1 Timothy 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. (KJV) . . . Our eternal King gives us eternal life!

2 Timothy 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, (KJV) . . . God has saved us! God has called us with a holy calling . . . NOT because of anything we have done, but because of His amazing grace! (Eph.1:3-5)

2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. (KJV) . . . I love this verse! I KNOW Whom I have believed! And I KNOW that He is well able to keep me safe from God's wrath and condemnation to Hell!

2 Timothy 4:18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (KJV) . . . The Lord Jesus is always there to help us in temptations that face us. He shall preserve the saints and deliver us safely into Heaven.

Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; (KJV) . . . God has promised eternal life! God CANNOT lie! Isn't that enough for you believers in 'conditional salvation'?

Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; (KJV) . . . God's Plan was NOT based on our own good works, and our good works are certainly the cause of our salvation. If sinners could be saved by their own good works, there would be no need of redemption by the Redeemer. If our own deeds were the basis of our title to eternal life, the Work of Jesus Christ would NOT be necessary. The great and fundamental plan of the Gospel is that the good works of sinners have absolutely NO share in the justification of the soul (Rom.5:1; 3:24). Works are in NO way considered on the account of which God pardons a sinner and works receive NO favor in God's eyes. Justification is completely on the merit of the Lord Jesus Christ; and in the matter of justification before God, ALL mankind is on the same level. (Eph.2:8-9). We are saved solely according to his mercy. When we receive salvation from the Hand of God, there is NO other element which enters into it but mercy. It is NEVER because our deeds deserve it; because we do NOT deserve the amazing grace of God! He saved us . . . He began eternal salvation in us which shall be completed in Heaven. If the work of salvation is begun, it will certainly be completed (Phil.1:6). God CANNOT lie!

Titus 3:7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (KJV) . . . Justified = just as if I'd never sinned! Once we are justified, we are justified FOR EVER! We are justified by faith in Jesus Christ!

Hebrews 2:18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. (KJV) . . . Our Lord Jesus Himself was tempted of the devil, so He knows what we face and is able to deliver us. Jesus resisted. We cannot resist on our own! (Jam.4:7).

Hebrews 6:19-20 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; 20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. (KJV) . . . Christ is the anchor of our soul! He can enter into the Holy of Holies to make intercession for us.

Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. (KJV) . . . Christ Jesus is our Advocate (1 Jn. 2:1), who makes intercession for us when we sin.

Hebrews 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city. (KJV) . . . A better Country awaits all TRUE believers! (Jn.14:1-3; Rev.21)

Hebrews 13:5-6 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. (KJV) . . . Our lifestyle should be free of greed, content with what God has provided. We must always remember these comforting words: I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. I can verify that they certainly are true!

1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (KJV) . . . We are not to become faint or weary in our trials. We are not to abandon the hopes of the Gospel, but cherish those hopes to the end of our life, no matter what opposition we might meet, and however much might be done by others to seduce us to apostatize. (Heb.10:35-36).

2 Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. (KJV) . . . All TRUE believers can rightfully claim this Promise of eternal life in Heaven.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (KJV) . . . When (NOT if) a believer sins, we go immediately in prayer and ask forgiveness. We shall be forgiven!

1 John 2:3-6 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. (KJV) . . . His (Jesus') commandments to believers (Mat.22:37-40).

1 John 2:12-14 I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. 13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father. 14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. (KJV) . . . Our sins are forgiven . . . past, present and future! And because of the Holy Spirit's Presence within us, we can overcome the wicked one!

1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. (KJV) . . . God's TRUE children strive to please Him. And, just as God is eternal, we too shall share in the glory of His Home.

1 John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. (KJV) . . . YES! There are many antichrists in today's world! And the doctrine of 'conditional salvation' is just one of the many damnable heresies out there! (2 Pet.2:1).

1 John 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. (KJV) . . . This speaks of professors of Christianity, who were never saved at all.

1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. (KJV) . . .

1 John 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. (KJV) . . .

1 John 3:8-9 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. (KJV) . . .

1 John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. (KJV)

WHO Is It That Overcomes?

1 John 5:4-5 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? (KJV)

Revelation 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. (KJV)

Revelation 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. (KJV)

(KJV)

There are NO degrees to Salvation! You are either saved OR you are lost . . . NOT Saved! NO one can be partially saved! And NO one can be truly saved today and lost tomorrow.

Psalm 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. (KJV) . . . The "joy of salvation" can absolutely be lost! BUT, eternal salvation CANNOT be lost, ever!

Heaven is certain . . . but depending on your life AFTER your commitment to Christ, you could either gain rewards OR lose rewards that you could have had.

(KJV) . . . Warning (1 Cor.3:10) as to the building . . . the foundation has (already) been laid by God, and that is Jesus Christ! We cannot build on any other, since the only One recognized by God has been already laid. The "gold, silver, precious stones," all can withstand fire (Rev.21:18-19), and are teachings and works that will stand the fiery test of judgment. 'Wood, hay, stubble," are those which shall be burned up; heresies and all other 'works' not done to edify the church. ALL done for Jesus with a pure heart and pure motives shall withstand the fires of judgment. Reward given. All else shall be burned up. NO reward.

2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. (KJV) . . . Again, all done for Christ shall stand! We all shall be judged. The destiny of TRUE believers has been decided, Heaven! Only what we have done AFTER we are saved shall be judged. We can lose rewards we could have had, BUT we CANNOT lose our salvation. IF God gives you eternal life, you have it FOR EVER!
