POEMS
ABOUT CHRIST,
OUR
SAVIOUR AND LORD
CHRIST
Many of the
prophets of old, did foretell,
Of when Christ would come, and where He would
dwell.
And of a young virgin, He would be born,
And His birth would become, a birth forlorn.
Gen.3:15; 49:10; Isa.9:7; 7:14; 11:1-2; Mic.5:2;
Dan.9:25
They told how
from the king’s wrath, He’d have
to flee,
Away to Egypt God sent Him, to safety.
Those walking in darkness saw a great Light,
From Gentiles, God cast away their night.
Hos.11:1; Mat.2:4-15
Christ would
spend much time in Galilee,
Healing many sick, and infirmities.
His awesome love, always did abound,
In Him always, great love could be found.
Isa.9:1-2; Mat.4:12-16; 9:1
Then a tragedy;
a friend did betray,
Sold Christ for 30 pieces of silver one day.
Judas couldn’t live, with what He had
done,
Betraying his Master, God’s very own
Son.
Ps.41:9; 109:7-8; Ex.21:32; Mat.26:14-16;
27:3-10
Jesus by false
witnesses, was accused,
Smitten and spat upon, they did abuse.
He open’d not His mouth, tho’
they did oppress,
His heartbreak and pain, He did suppress.
Ps.27:12; 35:11; 38:13-14; Mat.26:60-63; Isa.50:6
He bore our
griefs, and carried our sorrows,
Jesus thought only, of our
tomorrows.
Between wicked sinners, Christ was crucified,
His Hands and Feet were pierced, before He
died.
Isa.53:4-5, 12; 50:6; Mat.8:16-17; 27:38;
Ps.22:16; Zec.12:10
He was mock’d
and insulted, for hours on end,
His own had departed, He had not one friend.
His heart was bereaved, broken and heavy,
Not one was there, to comfort or pity.
Ps.22:6-8; 69:8-9, 20-21; Mat.27:39-40
Gall and vinegar,
they gave Him for thirst,
As His heavy heart, felt like it would burst.
But for His enemies there, He did pray,
Awesome forgiveness and love, He did portray.
Ps.109:4; Isa.53:12; Luke 23:34
On that horrid
cross, for us, our Saviour died,
His people insisted, He be crucified.
Soldiers, His side, with a spear did pierce.
No compassion! they were evil and fierce.
Zec.12:10; 13:9; John 1:11; 19:34; Mat.24:30;
Rev.19:11
Thru’
it all, not one of His bones did they break,
The work He was giv’n, He did not forsake.
Jesus was buried in a rich man’s grave,
The Son of God, for us, His
life gave.
Ps.34:20; Ex.12:46; John 19:33; Isa.53:9;
Mat.27:57-60
Christ Jesus
did NOT stay dead! He rose again!
The tomb was empty, where His body had been.
He ascended up into Heav’n above,
Where He takes our side,
with such great love!
Ps.46:10; Mat.16:21; 28:9; Luke 24:36-51;
Acts 1:9; Eph.4:8; 1 John 2:1;
Eph.1:20; Col.3:1; Heb.1:3, 13; 8:1; 10:12;
1 Pet.3:22

CHRIST
CAME ----
Christ came
to bring life eternally,
To take sin away, and set us free.
He paid the price we could never pay,
We can look forward with hope, to that day.
Christ came
to put peace and joy in our heart,
A wondrous feeling, that won’t depart.
The world cannot have the peace He gives,
We’re not troubled, nor fear, as we
live.
Christ also
came, to bring division,
For unbelief will bring God’s derision.
Christ will divide daughter from mother,
Also the son from his own father.
When you stand
with Christ, there’s a price to pay,
For you must put Jesus first, alway!
When you accept Christ, some ‘friends’
flee fast,
But friendship of Christ, is one that lasts.
As you read
these words, where do you stand?
Do you WANT to go to Glory Land?
Only Christ has the key to Heav’n’s
door,
All other keys give what Hell has in store.

CHRIST
DELIVERS US
Christ
delivers us, from the lowest Hell,
Belief in Him assures, there we won’t
dwell.
In the Book of life, Jesus writes our name,
Faith in Jesus, removes eternal shame.
Christ delivers
us, from the wrath to come,
We will not see, the Great Tribulation.
Being in Christ Jesus, we’re justified,
Jesus’ righteousness, to us is applied.
Christ delivers
us, from the pow’r of darkness,
We’re God’s friends and children,
whom He does bless.
A royal priesthood, let’s sing forth
our praise,
The fruit of our lips, let’s gratefully
raise.
Christ delivers
us, from the curse of the Law,
Placing us under grace, where there is no
flaw.
We’re cursed, if just one point of the
Law we fail,
But God’s wondrous grace, has much to
avail.
Christ delivers
us, from this present world,
As all around us, evils are unfurl’d.
Christ was not of this world, neither are
we,
He made us citizens of Heav’n, eternally.
Christ delivers
us, from all evil’s pow’r,
Satan has no control, ev’n in his best
hour.
If we submit to God, Satan will flee,
Christ delivers our soul, eternally.
Christ delivers
us, from the presence of sin,
Delivered, from the bondage we were in.
One day we shall live, in God’s Home
above,
Because of our God’s, great and awesome
love.

CHRIST
IS!
Christ is
the Light, that shines in darkness,
The Light that can remove our blindness.
The Light that guides in paths I can’t
see,
That leads us onward to eternity.
Christ is the
Shepherd, of all God’s sheep,
The Shepherd whom our souls safely keep.
The Shepherd who supplies all our needs,
And to all our dangers, He pays heed.
Christ is the
True Vine, that does empow’r,
The Vine that refreshes us, ev’ry hour.
The Vine that strengthens, so we endure,
He makes us holy, loving and pure.
Christ is the
Bridge, from sinners to God,
The only Bridge, the wide world abroad.
The Bridge, crossing o’er judgment and
Hell,
To a place where we, in bliss shall dwell.
Christ is the
Key, to eternal Heav’n,
The Key to the mansion, God has given.
The Key to joy in eternity,
Where we’ll have peace and serenity.
Christ is our
Saviour, our Lord and King,
The only Channel, to God’s blessings.
He’s our Redeemer, our debt He did pay,
That we might live, to see a better day.
This Jesus;
what an amazing Man!
God’s only Son, who fulfilled His plan.
If you don’t know Him, He waits for
you,
Open your heart’s door, to this Friend
so true.

CHRIST
IS A GREAT LIGHT
Christ is a
great Light, in darkness deep,
He’s strength to aid, when our path
is steep.
He is warm sunshine, after a rain,
He’s calming assurance, after strain.
When my soul
does tire, Christ brings relief,
Giving comfort and peace; expels my grief.
He’s my help and my hope, for e’er
more,
And He has the ‘key’ to Heaven’s
door!
Christ is merciful,
loving and kind,
With grace for all; that baffles the mind.
He is love for e’er, loyal and true,
To all who trust Him; “Is that you?”

CHRIST
IS THE ANSWER
I was evil,
wicked, and filthy,
In God’s eyes, I was His enemy.
Then one day I found a better way,
Down on my knees, to Him I did pray.
Like water,
I drank iniquity,
I loved evil, and would not flee.
One day I awoke to find Christ there,
Before that time, I was unaware.
All my wicked
sins were sheer delight,
I rejoic’d in evil; day or night.
And then one day the Answer I found,
Satan can no longer keep me bound.
One day I felt
pricked in my heart,
Christ came in; and He did not depart.
He’s there, and all my sins He’ll
forgive,
And in Heav’n, some day with Him I’ll
live.
I awoke to
find a better way,
Christ is the Answer, both night and day.
Outside my heart’s door, so patiently,
I found the Answer, waiting for me.

CHRIST
IS THE ‘BRIDGE’
Christ is the
‘Bridge’ from Earth, to Heav’n,
The only One the Father hath giv’n.
If we accept God’s One True Way,
We’ll be citizens of Heav’n alway.
Christ is the
‘Bridge’ from death to life,
The only One that can relieve strife.
We as humans follow sin’s path,
Only Jesus relieves God’s wrath.
Christ is the
‘Bridge’ o’er troubled seas,
The only One that makes Satan flee.
Trials and tribulations will be near,
But with our Saviour, we’ve nought to
fear.
Christ is the
‘Bridge’ from wrong to right,
Always there to help, in our fight.
We must love and trust; and obey,
For with our God, there’s no other way!
Christ is the
‘Bridge’ that leads from Hell,
Trust Him, and there, you’ll never dwell!
Just walk in Him, thru’ Heav’n’s
door,
All Heaven’s wonder is in store.

CHRIST
IS THE ‘KEY’
Christ is the
‘Key’ to eternal life,
Without Him, evil and sin are rife.
The wages of sin is death, my friend,
Only Christ leads to glory, with no end!
Christ is the
‘Key’ to life, full and good,
Trust and obey Him; as we well should.
He came that we ,might have life abundantly,
This you will have if you follow closely.
Christ is the
‘Key’ for cleansing our soul,
Only Christ the Lord, is in full control.
His precious Blood washes away all sin,
Cleanses completely, deep down within.
Christ is the
“Key’ to unlock power,
We’ve no reason to hide or to cower.
We can do all things thru’ Christ the
Lord,
For He gives strength, as told in His Word.
Christ is the
‘Key’ to great peace and joy,
With Him by our side, Satan can’t destroy!
Do not be troubled; do not have fear,
For our precious Saviour is always near!
Christ is the
‘Key’ to Almighty God,
If you live close by, or far abroad.
There’s just one Way to get to God in
Heav’n,
The ‘Way’ is Christ; and by God
is giv’n.

Only His righteousness justifies,

Our stable Anchor that will not fail!

A trustworthy

Unmerited love; for you and me,

JESUS
SHALL COME
Jesus shall
come, from Heav’n descending,
With a thousand thousand, saints attending.
Coming, He shall bring an end to wars,
He’ll be our King; and stop all horrors.
Heav’n
shall open, to a great white horse,
The One astride, is Jesus, of course!
His eyes shall be as a flame of fire,
Believers look for this day with great desire!
Upon His Head,
are many diadems,
He’ll have a new Name, known by none
but Him.
Clothed in a garment, sprinkled with Blood,
And His Name is called, The Word of God!
Armies on white
horses, follow Him,
Clothed in white linen, pure and prim.
Out of His mouth, shall come a sharp sword,
He is KING of KINGS, and LORD of LORDS!
Antichrist
and all the kings of this Earth,
Gather, and bring all their armies forth.
In vain are their efforts, against this KING,
A tremendous vict’ry will our God bring!
The Beast and
False Prophet, will Christ take,
And cast them live, into the Fiery Lake.
There for eternity, they shall dwell,
In the agonizing pits of Hell!

KEEP
YOUR EYES ON CHRIST
If your eyes
are on our precious Lord,
Things go better when you have discord.
Keep your eyes on Christ; He’ll see
you thru’
With His grace and mercy, O so true.
If your eyes
are on heav’ly treasure,
You won’t lust after worldly pleasure.
Things of this world will look so dim,
If your eyes are on the brightness of Him.
If your eyes
are on God’s will alone,
All the right roads to you will be shown.
Keep your eyes on Christ, He’ll guide
you right,
Paths that He shows are drenched with light.
If your eyes
are on God’s beloved Son,
He’ll give you pow’r to resist
temptation.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, all the way,
His awesome love makes a better day.
If your eyes
are on wondrous Saviour,
Forgiveness of all your sins is sure.
Keep your eyes on Christ, He’ll justify,
But His precious Blood you must not deny!
If your eyes
are on our God of Heav’n,
Eternal life to you, by Him, is giv’n.
Keep your eyes on Christ, He’ll prepare
you a place,
And some day you’ll meet Him, face to
Face!

KNOWING

Knowing Christ,
is great knowledge achieved,
It begins, when God’s Word is believed!
No earthly knowledge, can e’er compare,
With knowing Christ Jesus, e’er so fair!
Knowing Christ,
is how faith gets its pow’r,
And he will strengthen, at any hour!
No earthly pow’r, can make our faith
strong,
With knowing Jesus, we can’t go wrong!
Knowing Christ,
will unto all Truth lead,
And He has promised, to fill all my needs.
No earthly truth, could e’er compare,
With knowing Jesus, for He does care!
Knowing Christ,
gives us blessings galore,
For God has many, He holds in store.
No earthly blessings, can be worthy,
With knowing the Christ of eternity!
Knowing Christ,
will open Heaven’s gate,
Fellowship with Him, will only elate.
No earthly friendship, gives this harmony,
With knowing Jesus, who gives victory.

LORD,
LET ME PLEASE YOU
Lord, let me
please You, in all that I do,
Grant me faith, for without it, I can’t
please You!
Lord, let me fear You, revere You always,
For You will protect me, until that great
day!
Lord, let me
trust You, each step of the way,
If I rely on You, I shan’t go astray.
Lord, let me love You, as You love me,
Then some sweet day I’ll see You, for
eternity!
Lord, let me
obey You, each hour of the day,
Willingly, freely, and loving You always.
Lord, give me patience, my burdens to bear,
Let me remember, You really do care!
Lord, give
me strength, as I go thru’ the day,
With You beside me, I can go the whole way.
Lord, give me contentment, don’t let
me complain,
For godliness with contentment, is great gain!
Lord, give
me peace, don’t let me stir up strife,
Grant me perfect peace, the rest of my life.
Lord, give me much joy, in all that I do,
And I’ll have eternal joy, thanks to
You!
Lord, let me
serve You, equip me to do so,
And keep me faithful and willing, as I go.
Lord, let me please You, in all that I do,

MY
WONDERFUL SAVIOUR
Jesus is my
sunshine, glorious and bright,
He’s always there, no matter how dark
the night.
He will always be there, so close by my side,
If only in Him, my Lord, I will abide.
When my feet
want to slip, or when I should fear,
He’s willing to help, and my life to
steer.
Without my Saviour, it’s always dark
night,
But when I call on Him, it’s brilliant
light.
He’ll
never forsake me, He’ll always be true,
My wonderful Saviour, there to help you too.
Do you have a burden, you carry anew?
He’s patiently waiting, to bear it for
you.
When I get
weak, with no strength of my own,
He will never let me to stand all alone.
Always there to give power in my plight,
I’m never so far that I’m out
of His sight.
What great
comfort, what joy, mercy, and such peace,
And endless love for me, that will only increase.
These come in the form of my Saviour, my God,
And He’s willing to share these blessings
abroad.

OUR
FRIEND
Trouble will
come, our soul to try,
But there’s a Friend, standing by.
There’s always something He can do,
To encourage, and comfort you.
There will
be trials, all our own,
Many paths, we must go alone.
At times just His love, can smooth the road,
Our Friend will help us carry our load.
It’s
a privilege, to have this Friend,
For He’ll stand by us, till the end.
His compassion, thru’ all will endure,
Our Friend’s great love, holds fast
and sure.
In troubles,
our Friend will pull you thru’,
To ease the strain, He’ll walk with
you.
Ev’ry time your soul wants to cry,
Remember our Friend, who stands close by!

OUR
GUIDE
We’ll
find many hard roads on life’s journey,
As we wind our way to eternity.
But we have a Guide, who will lead us right,
For His light will shine in the darkest night!
Upward we climb,
on a steep, rocky trail,
But if our Guide directs, we cannot fail!
We’ll not slip and fall as we journey
on,
But we must trust our Guide; God’s own
Son!
As we travel
dowm a rugged crevasse,
Our Saviour will lead us, and He will bless!
We must keep our faith when we’re down
and out,
Always trusting our Guide, never to doubt!
We will come
to many detours in life,
Satan will tempt us with troubles and strife.
But ‘round those bumpy paths, our Guide
will lead,
If only His right counsel, we will heed!
A constant,
smooth road, our trip will not be,
As we journey on, to eternity!
We’ll have ups and downs; sunshine and
rain,
But vict’ry is ours, our Guide will
sustain!

TEACH
ME, LORD
Lord, I lift
up my soul unto Thee,
Let Your light shine brightly over me.
Lord, I trust You, now and for always,
Guide me on right paths, teach me Thy ways.
Let me never
be ashamed of You,
In anything that I say or do.
Teach me Lord, and unto Thy Truth lead,
Let me serve You, as Your Word I heed.
Remember not
my sins when I was young,
Nor the sins of my uncontrolled tongue.
For Thy goodness sake, have mercy on me,
Teach me, that I might not sin against Thee.
Good and upright
are You, in all Your ways,
The meek You will guide and teach each day.
All of Your paths are Truth and mercy,
A humble request Lord; teach me, teach me.
Lord, pardon
my sin, for it is vast,
Let my disobedience be in the past.
Let my soul within me, dwell at ease,
Teach me Lord, for it’s You I want to
please.
The secret
to You Lord, You we should fear,
Then Your love and mercy, will always be near.
Lord, let my eyes be ever toward You,
Teach me Lord, so I’ll always be true.

Psalm 25
THIS
MAN I CAN’T SEE
Why do I love
Jesus, this Man I can’t see?
To the world, this is a great mystery.
But deep in my heart, stronger my love grows,
Gratitude and praise, from my lonely heart
flows.
No, I can’t
see this Man I love, with my eyes,
But my love for Him, I will never deny.
I trust Him completely, and honor Him so,
This is something unbelievers, cannot know.
Respect and
awe, grow more profound each day,
I long so to know Him more, in ev’ry
way.
This Man I can’t see, this Man Jesus,
does shine,
My heart sees Him clearly, and He is mine.
I know that
He lives, and that He cares for me,
This wondrous Man who once walked, in Galilee.
My faith grows stronger, more and more each
hour,
This Man I can’t see, gives me amazing
pow’r.
Just because
I can’t see this Man, with my eyes,
Is not a reason, His Presence to deny.
He makes it so plain, of His great love for
me,
This awesome Man, whom my heart clearly sees!

TRUSTING
THE LORD
Lord, You never,
ever lie to me,
You are there when I need Your mercy.
Your love shines thru’ be it day or
night,
You’re there for me, no matter my plight.
Trouble may
come, but You never leave,
You’re there for me, when my soul does
grieve.
Your amazing grace stands firm and true,
There are many reasons I trust You.
My friends
and fam’ly may forsake me,
But You are there, for eternity.
You never change, You’re always the
same,
Lord, I do trust, Your most Holy Name.
When I repent,
forgiveness is mine,
Your mercy for me, truly does shine.
You are trustworthy, You are so true,
My precious Lord, let me trust in You.
You are my
Shield from the fiery darts,
That Satan wields to my trusting heart.
You are my Shepherd, You care for me,
Lord, I’ll trust You, for eternity.
You promised
to save me from dark Hell,
You promised that in Heaven I’d dwell.
I claim Your Promises that You make,
I trust that You will never forsake.

WHEN
I NEED HIM MOST
When I need
Him most, He’s close by,
And He won’t ever, my call deny.
There’s not a reason to be afraid,
He’s there to grant me His divine aid.
When my trials
are great, He is there,
I just need to go, to Him in prayer.
There to help, in the blink of an eye,
Offering assistance from on High.
He gives rest
in days of adversity,
He can remove, our calamity.
A mighty God, so wondrous and true,
There to assist me; and also you.
When trouble
surrounds me, on ev’ry side,
I must not forget, in Him to abide.
A moment away, when troubles abound,
God, to His children, is easily found.
I need Him
most, so oft’ when I’m down,
He’s always willing; never a frown.
I can’t praise enough, our Creator,
Just He alone, does my soul adore.

WHERE
IS HE?
Is He at the
bottom of your faith?
Do you trust Him with your ev’ry breath?
Only Jesus can set your soul free,
As you ponder your life; where is He?
Is He at the
root of your ev’ry joy?
Your grief and heartache, He can destroy.
He can give peace and serenity,
As you explore your soul; where is He?
Is He on the
throne of your own heart?
Does He have rule o’er your ev’ry
part?
He is the ‘King’ of both you and
me,
As you do consider; where is He?
Is He present
in your words and deeds?
Do you imitate Him, and His Word heed?
We should live for Him; from sin flee,
As you contemplate this; where is He?
Is He before
you, and at journey’s end?
He’s your Lord and Saviour, and your
Friend.
To eternal life, He holds the ‘Key’,
As you reflect on this; where is He?

WHERE
JESUS REIGNS
Does Jesus
reign in your life today?
Do you follow Him on right paths each day?
Have you allowed Him to quiet your fears?
Has He wiped away all of your tears?
Where Jesus
reigns, there’s no night at all,
His brightness will not allow you to fall.
The Light of Jesus enlightens the road,
With a Promise to help carry your load.
Where Jesus
reigns, there’s no anxious care,
There is no one like Him; anywhere!
Take to Him all your worry and stress,
Ask Him into your heart, and He will bless.
Where Jesus
reigns, there’s no gloomy days,
Oh, that we would give Him well deserved praise!
No wild raging sea, nor tempest to dread,
Just serenity and calm instead!
Where Jesus
reigns, there’s no discontent,
But knowing His grace is always sufficient!
Tranquillity, and hope very bright,
For abundant is His comforting Light!
Where Jesus
reigns, gone are sin’s chains,
Satan’s pow’r departs when Christ
we claim!
No heavy heart by guilt oppressed,
Just wondrous peace and joy, and perfect rest!
Where Jesus
reigns, there’s no shame at all,
We speak up for Him, standing so tall!
We’ll one day live on Heav’n’s
blissful shore,
Where we’ll praise our KING, forever
more!

WHY
DO I FOLLOW JESUS?
Why do I follow
this Man as I do?
When those in the world who serve Him are
few?
Millions turn away, from what He does teach,
But there are some souls, that His Words do
reach.
Why do I follow
Him? Is it the glory?
No, it’s because He loves and forgives
me.
It’s not for rewards I hope to receive,
It’s because His Words, I trust and
believe.
Does He shelter
me, from all suff’ring and pain?
No, I do have sunshine, but also rain.
I do have my burdens that I must bear,
But He helps me carry them, for He cares.
As I follow
Jesus, I am never alone,
His Presence to me, is clearly shown.
Tho’ I never know what tomorrow brings,
I know He’ll bring my way, many blessings.
His love, joy
and peace, and mercy abound,
Deep within my soul, His blessings are found.
His grace
is sufficient, and there always,
That’s why I long to be with Him, all
my days.
His Words of
Truth redeem’d me, and inspire,
Words deep in my heart, like a burning fire.
I’ll follow this Jesus, each day I live,
And to those around me, His Words I’ll
give.
I’ll
follow this Man, Jesus, willingly,
Why He loves this sinner, is a mystery.
Ev’n tho’ those who follow Him
are truly few,
The mystery is this, He loves me and you.

WILL
I KNOW HIM?
Will I know
Him that day, when Him I see?
In the clouds above, coming for me?
The Rapture will be, one awesome day,
And by God’s ‘clock’, it’s
not far away!
Will I know
Him, at the Judgment Seat?
When Christ judges all my works complete?
By what motives I had, He will judge,
Never from righteousness, will He budge!
Will I really
know Him, when Him I see?
In my eternal Home, waiting for me?
He’ll have more glory, that street of
gold,
Or the glist’ning walls, God’s
Word has foretold!
When Jesus
I see, will Him I know?
When His true glory, and brightness show?
I will know Him, and fall at His Feet,
When my precious Saviour, I finally meet!
Though I’ve
never seen my precious Lord,
And His actual Voice, I’ve never heard,
‘Tis a fact; I’ll know Him, when
Him I see,
For He’s etched on my heart, eternally!

WITHOUT
HIM
Think of what
it would be like, without
Him,
Life would be so dark and dreary and dim.
Without His Presence, it would be as night,
For He is our Sunshine, He is our Light.
Without Him,
think of how it would be,
We’d have no comfort, in our agony.
He’d not encourage, for He’d not
be there,
There’d be none to love us, none to
care.
We’d
be so lost, without Him to guide,
We’d lose our way, in this world so
wide.
Unless Christ illuminates the way,
Darkness would fill ev’n the brightest
day.
Without Him,
we would fall flat on our face,
For there would be no amazing grace.
Without Him, who would supply our needs?
And help us speak good words, do good deeds?
I don’t
want to think of life without Him,
With Satan at the helm, life would be grim.
I thank You Lord, for Your presence so near,
With You by my side, I’ve nothing to
fear.

WITHOUT
MY LORD
All that I
do, I do for my Lord,
I just want to praise Him, and His Word.
I just want to glorify His Name,
I do not want any Earthly fame.
Without my
Lord, I’m nothing at all,
He must give me strength, or I would fall.
I give Him credit, for ev’ry thing,
For all that He’s done, my heart does
sing.
I am tempted;
my flesh is weak,
The end result; great havoc I wreak.
Without Christ, there’s nothing I can
do,
But when I turn to Him, He’ll rescue.
I’m just
a mere branch; Christ is the Vine,
I must be nourished, by Christ, divine.
Without Him, I can do nothing at all,
But He’s always there, when I do call.
His strength
is made perfect in weakness,
His grace is sufficient; He will bless.
All our sufficiency, is of God,
No matter who, or the road we trod.
All that I
do, my Lord does equip,
And with His help, I won’t ever slip.
But I must remember, don’t go alone,
For without His help, I’d stumble and
groan.
He will direct
my steps, if I ask,
And grant strength and wisdom, for ev’ry
task.
If only I will trust and obey,
Jesus will always lighten my way.

2 Co.12:9; 3:5; 1 Jn.2:17)
IS
JESUS THE MESSIAH???
Is Jesus the
‘Messiah’, the Anointed One?
Can He be the 'Christ',
God’s only begotten Son?
Isaac tells, that a virgin would bear a son,
History agrees, yet He, the world does shun!
Micah tells,
He’d be born in tiny Bethlehem,
Wise men came from the east, for His star
told them.
Joseph and Mary from Herod, to Egypt, did
run,
Hosea tells, God would call from Egypt, His
own Son.
‘Tis
told, He’d be despis’d and rejected
of men,
He’d have grief and sorrows, o’er
and o’er again.
When He came, most couldn’t see, to
them it was dim,
He came to His own, but they wouldn’t
receive Him!
David tell
us, He’d be betrayed by a ‘friend’,
One of the twelve, did hand Him over in the
end.
Zechariah tells, He would be sold for a price,
Judas did just that, and then fled into the
night.
Psalms tells,
many would hate Him without a cause,
When He came, their hate was ardent, and without
pause.
Jesus tells, if we hate Him, we hate Jehovah
too,
This for some is hard to grasp, but surely
is true.
Jacob told
many years back, when Messiah would come,
Judah lost rule, aft’ Shiloh came, their
foe was Rome.
So many prophecies, Messiah did fulfill,
Why are His people still of that stubborn
will?
He’s
there, for one and all; all Gentiles, and
all Jews,
And He can save your soul from Hell, ‘Wonderful News’!
There’s just one plan of salvation;
that’s God’s Son,
It’s the same worldwide; the same plan
for ev’ry one!
