TRUE LOVE

True love will not disappoint, ever,
It flows calmly, like a gentle river!
True love will not grieve, nor make you cry,
It soars like an eagle, in the blue sky!

True love wishes only the best for you,
It tries from all wickedness, to rescue.
True love helps, in ev’ry circumstance,
It knows when you’re sad, at the briefest glance!

True love gives great peace, down in your heart,
It urges you, from stress to depart.
True love, to wondrous joy, gives access,
‘Tis an awesome ‘gift’ that continues to bless!

True love forgives us, when we do wrong,
Helping us to forgive, making us strong!
True love always seems to make things right,
Whether it’s deep darkness, or broad daylight!

The love of God is good, and kind and true,
With mercy to astound, both me and you!
God sent His Son, that we might have a ‘Way,’
To live in Heaven, with Him some day!

The true love of Jesus, Saviour and Lord,
Is something that anyone can well afford!
True love Jesus showed, when He paid the price,
Death on the Cross, a supreme Sacrifice!

No one can show true love more than He,
Great compassion Christ shows, to you and me!
This true love of Jesus, you can access,
Ask Christ into your heart, and God will bless.

TRUE LOVE

Many waters cannot quench true love,
Love is a wonder, just from above.
Neither can treacherous floods drown it,
True love is there for you, ev’ry minute.

True love is so strong; even as death,
There with us always, ‘till our last breath.
Love the Lord, He’ll preserve all who stand fast,
With His true love, that will always last.

Love His salvation; magnify Him,
Seek Him and rejoice; life won’t be dim!
God is good; ready to love and forgive,
Love Him; hate evil, as you do live.

Love God with true love that will not fail,
For His great love, will always avail.
How much better is His love than wine,
It passes all knowledge; it is so fine!

What a wondrous, loving God above,
Willing to spread on us, His true love.
True love; His One Son, to us He gave,
That thru’ Christ, we have vict’ry o’er the grave.

REDEEMED BY LOVE

From the curse of the law, we are free,
Redeemed by love, for eternity!
Justified so freely; our sins are gone,
There’s peace with God; we’re not Satan’s pawn.

We have forgiveness of sins; thru’ Christ’s Blood,
Redeemed by love, thru’ His crimson Flood!
From our vain lifestyle, we are set free,
His precious Blood redeemed, you and me.

HIS ENDLESS LOVE

His endless love like a river flows,
Such wondrous love, on us He bestows.
Care and concern and compassion too,
Eternal grace flows to me and you!

An e’er lasting fount, His endless love,
Such awesome love comes just from above.
Unto us, His great mercy abounds,
Tremendous love that’s simply profound!

His endless love, as an eternal spring,
Such amazing love to be e’er lasting.
Unto us flows love, faithful and true,
Spectacular love, for me and you.

His endless love, like an ocean deep,
God’s wonderful love, will surely keep.
He longs to grant streams of mercy to you,
All because His endless love is true.

Just how can God’s endless love be won?

ONLY ONE THING

Only one thing you can trust always,
Today, tomorrow, and all your days!
Only one thing will never forsake,
Whether you’re asleep, or wide awake!

The love of Jesus, is the one thing,
That will for ever, blessings to you bring.
In grief or sorrow, it’s always there,
To give you strength, your burdens to bear!

This one wondrous thing; His awesome love,
This love comes only from Heaven above!
In moments of doubt, or times of fear,
His amazing love is always near!

When troubles come; be they large or small,
This one thing can surround them all!
When your heart is heavy, and you weep,
His wonderful love, will calmly keep!

Only this one thing, gives joy and peace,
And from the burden of sin --- release!
There is no greater consolation,
Than love of the One, who gives salvation!

We should be thankful for this one thing,
We should praise the Lord, for this blessing!
NO other thing, is better than His love,
There for eternity, from above!

A MYSTERY

What true love sees is a mystery,
God’s love sent His Son, to you and me!
Whosoever in Him does believe,
Eternal life in Heav’n will receive!

A deep mystery, is God’s true love,
Indeed a blessing, from Heav’n above!
In spite of all the times we do fall,
He’s always there, every time we call!

What true love sees is a mystery,
Never changing, in all eternity!
Our faith in Jesus, makes us God’s child,
And with the Father, we’re reconcil’d!

What does God see in a sinner like me?
Yet I’m His child, for eternity!
Our God’s great love, so wondrously true,
Forgives thru’ Jesus each day anew!

I’m praising Christ Jesus each new day,
His love on the Cross, He did portray!
He paid our sin debt and set us free,
What true love sees is a mystery!

Do we as God’s children true love show?
Our love, like a light, should surely glow!
Is our love like God’s? A mystery?
True love should be our identity!

THE LOVE OF CHRIST

Deeper than the deepest part of the sea,
Is the love of our Lord, for you and me.
Love sincere, coming from deep in His Heart,
Love for God’s children, will ne’er depart.

His love is wider that the Heav’n’s above,
As wide As His outstretched Arms, is His love.
As He hung on the cross, and died for you,
So wide is His love, and merciful too.

His love is higher than Mount Everest,
And friend, it will stand your toughest test.
Higher and brighter than the clear blue sky,
Here for us now, on thru’ the by and by.

Our Saviour’s love is perfect and complete,
Friend all your needs, His awesome love can meet.
Just His love can see you, to Heav’n above,
What a tremendous Lord, what amazing love.

A LOVING LORD

He has a loving Eye, that never sleeps,
Our precious Jesus does tenderly keep!
He watches over us, each day and night,
No matter our trouble, no matter our plight.

He has a loving Ear, that never turns away,
Wide open, to hear our prayers always!
He willingly waits for His children to come,
Then sends us His love, comfort, and wisdom!

He has a loving Arm, that is never weary,
He wants to help us, our load to help us carry.
He picks us up when we stumble and fall,
Our loving Lord is at our beck and call!

He has a loving Heart, gentle and warm,
Helping us thru’ life’s turbulent storms!
Care, concern, compassion, and forgiving too,
Such tremendous love, blesses me and you!

Like a river, flowing thru’ my soul,
The love of Jesus, makes me feel whole!

Quietly flowing, from His Heart, to mine,
No one, no where, this love can outshine!

Thru’ my mind, flowing like a river,

Bringing comfort, and pow’r releasing!

Like a river, flowing thru’ my all,
The love of Jesus, wondrously befalls!
